Our Community Soccer Program is for all area youth from 1st through 8th grade which promotes participation, emphasizes sportsmanship, and develops skills with an appreciation for the game.
The purpose of community soccer is to provide and foster organized youth soccer for girls and boys at a fun yet challenging level. The season includes approximately 14 games total - occurring on Saturday mornings or early afternoons in Fall and Spring.
Community Soccer Coaches are committed moms and dads of our players who are all SafeSport Certified. In addition our coaches receive support and training from Director of Coaching. All coaches have the opportunity to continue their training with sponsored courses from US Soccer and WYSA, which offers licensing programs from Grassroots through Professional.
Save money on registration when you sign up as a volunteer. MFC needs people like you to grow. Being a volunteer is not only fun, it's rewarding. In the Registration Process, you will find all the opportunities to join our team this season and select which option fits you best. All and any of your help is appreciated, plus when you volunteer you don't have to pay additional fees!
With teams representing the communities of Manitowoc, Elkhart Lake, Howards Grove, Cedar Grove-Belgium, Oostburg, Kohler, Sheboygan, and Sheboygan Falls, the Community Soccer Program is a great opportunity for youth to learn and grow in the sport with their neighbors and classmates. Players will join and practice in their local community. Teams will also play approximately half of their games on their home fields and will travel to their neighboring communities for away games.
The Rules and Guidelines cover the standard rules and expectations that are applicable to all grade levels.
