On Sale: March 1, 2026 - April 18, 2026

• Pizza Pick-Up Schedule: 
  • Last Name A-L: Wednesday, May 13, 2026  4:00 PM - 6:00 PM CST
  • Last Name M-Z: Thursday, May 14, 2026     4:00 PM - 6:00 PM CST

• Location: Port Sandy Bay Pizza, 6421 County Rd O, Two Rivers, WI 

Order Form Directions:

• Gluten Free (GF) crust is available. Just add GF by the quantity and type desired and add $3 to each pizza.
• Put the parent’s name, the coach’s name, and the players’ name on the order form.
• Check your order form for mistakes or incomplete information.
• Calculate the total for each column before handing the order form in.
  • Confirm and provide correct amount of money with your order form.
• Make checks Payable to Manitowoc Futbol Club or MFC.
• Orders are due by April 18, 2026 and can be provided either to: 
  • Players' coaches or
  • MFC Concession Stand or 
  • Contact one of the following board members for other arrangements:
